B-Pulse Chair (Pelvic Floor Therapy)
Strengthen your pelvic floor, support better bladder control and improve core stability with comfortable electromagnetic muscle stimulation while remaining fully clothed.
-
B-Pulse may help support people experiencing:
Bladder leakage when coughing, sneezing, laughing or exercising
Urinary urgency or frequent bathroom visits
Pelvic floor weakness following pregnancy or childbirth
Changes associated with perimenopause, menopause or aging
Pelvic floor weakness following certain prostate procedures
Reduced pelvic and core stability
General pelvic floor and intimate wellness
Glute muscle strengthening and toning
B-Pulse can be used by both women and men. Suitability will be determined during your consultation.
-
B-Pulse uses advanced pulsed electromagnetic field technology to create thousands of deep, targeted muscle contractions.
These contractions activate muscles that can be difficult to isolate through voluntary exercises alone, helping strengthen and tone the pelvic floor over a series of treatments.
-
Pelvic Floor Support
Strengthens the muscles involved in bladder control, pelvic support and overall pelvic function.
Glute Strengthening
Activates the gluteal muscles to support strength, tone and firmness.
Core and Lumbar Support
Stronger pelvic floor and gluteal muscles can contribute to improved core stability, posture and everyday movement.
-
Your appointment will include:
A consultation and health screening
A personalized treatment plan based on your concerns
A comfortable, fully clothed treatment on the B-Pulse chair
Gradual intensity adjustments based on your comfort
Approximately 28 minutes of targeted muscle contractions
You may feel tingling and strong, rhythmic muscle contractions during treatment. No undressing, internal devices or recovery time are required.
For your appointment, wear comfortable clothing without metal around the treatment area.
-
The recommended starting plan includes four treatments scheduled approximately three to seven days apart.
Some people notice changes during their initial treatment series, while others experience gradual improvement afterward as the muscles continue to strengthen.
A maintenance treatment may be recommended approximately two to three months later, depending on your symptoms, goals and response.
-
Results are different for everyone and cannot be guaranteed. Depending on your individual concerns, you may notice improvements in:
Pelvic floor strength and control
Bladder support
Confidence during exercise and everyday activities
Core and pelvic stability
Glute strength and tone
B-Pulse supports the muscular component of pelvic health. It does not replace medical assessment or pelvic floor physiotherapy when either is needed.
-
Four-treatment B-Pulse package: $1,000
Maintenance treatments can be booked individually when recommended. Erin will review your treatment plan and any additional costs with you before proceeding.
